1. Obtain the latest version of the program If you experience problems with using one of our programs please ensure that you have the latest version of the program for which you are requesting support. The problem you are experiencing may have been fixed in the latest version. Go to the Download Page to see if there is a later version than the one you currently have. You will find the `Download` link on the descripton page of each NetPromoter product
2. Read the Program Help and Frequently Asked Questions as these sections contain much information on using NetPromoter applications. Program Help can be launched by clicking butto on any program window or following the HELP link
3. Check your operation system settings Most problems our users may face using NetPromoter are due to faulty Internet Connection settings on their computer (proxy server settings if used, firewall settings if installed). So please first check your operation system with care, in particular, if your proxy settings are configured correctly.
